Support Hours and Response Times:

  • Regular Support Hours: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. During these hours, we guarantee a response time within 4 hours.
  • Off-Hours and Weekends (Saturday - Sunday): Urgent / critical requests are responded to as soon as possible. Non-urgent requests will be responded to during the next regular support period.

Voicemail Support:

  • Call 502.498.8470 and leave us a voicemail with your name, phone number, email and a brief description of your request and we'll call you back.

Emergency Support:

  • For urgent, business critical issues, please select Priority: URGENT when submitting your request via the form below OR say the word "urgent" when leaving a voicemail. NOTE: Emergency rates will apply.
