Senior Project Manager

Our projects are varied, but traditionally fall into Strategy, Brand Identity, Digital, and Marketing initiatives. This position advances client relationships and project teams, and is also responsible for supporting the Director of Accounts. We are open to a variety of candidates with a background in agency Account experience. This is not an entry-level role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Determined to create a great experience for prospects, partners and clients
  • Works directly with project teams to establish manage execution of all phases and project objective(s)
  • Supports financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing project budgets; scheduling meetings and demos, preparing for change and plotting strategic growth and business development objectives for clients
  • Leads initiatives to translate marketing goals into clear, creative strategies
  • Participates in prospecting on pitches & proposals
  • Reviews ongoing project work to ensure deliverables are meeting project goals and VIA’s internal quality standards
  • Ability to lead presentations, draft Statements of Work, and support marketing by creating sales collateral, blogging and other content creation
  • Constantly seeks ways to foster long-term relationships with prospects and clients, with the ultimate goal of building productive and beneficial partnerships based on VIA Studio’s core offerings and values
  • Acts as a brand ambassador for VIA Studio, while strengthening internal and external relationships through effective communication and building trust
  • Collaborate with the team from start to finish on strategic goals, but trust your team’s expertise in their respective fields
  • Reports to Director of Accounts
  • Other duties as assigned or as the role evolves

Skills & Requirements

Must have:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic multichannel campaigns to meet marketing objectives
  • A strong understanding of branding and marketing strategy, and plan implementation
  • High level of comfort in leading complex web development projects
  • Infectious curiosity and love of the industry
  • 5+ years experience in a digital agency or on a primarily digital team
  • Experience with modern marketing strategies and able to oversee and execute plans for prospects and clients
  • Unparalleled in strong organizational abilities, particularly time management
  • Proactive initiative on project process and efficiencies
  • Ability to multitask and oversees multiple projects simultaneously
  • Inspiring attention to detail
  • Polished presentation skills

Should have:

  • Public speaking experience, or at least a desire to teach and lead
  • Experience leading web development project
