Client Support Associate

VIA Studio is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented human to join our team. This part-time role will offer you a varied education of the ins-and-outs of a digital agency, but your primary focus will be providing our thoughtful, diligent customer service to a varied user base. In addition to customer support, you will sharpen your skills by working closely with our accounts and development teams. Availability Monday - Friday from 10am to 3pm EST is preferred.

This is an entry-level position, and while previous agency experience is a bonus, we are open to investing in training less experienced professionals with the desire to learn and grow in their role.
